Great Lawyer, Great Person
I called Jason regarding reviewing an Asset Purchase Agreement for a business I was interested in buying. Not only did he work with me on short notice, he read the document over the weekend and called me back with notes that gave me the comfort to move forward with the deal. He had great insights not just about the document but about general business issues as well. He was a great resource who helped me navigate buying a business for the first time.

Highly Effective and Extremely Well Qualified
Jason Powell of The Powell Firm is a highly intelligent, highly effective and extremely qualified lawyer. He is professional, thoughtful, strategic and communicative. We have worked with Jason twice. The first time was on estate planning for my father about 2 years ago. The second was for representation in a challenging franchise sale transaction in the past year. Jason is insightful, persuasive, sees issues from multiple angles, and gives a true sense of the strengths and challenges of your situation.
