Raphael, was always thorough, helpful and patient. Our group of clients by definition are disabled. For many of us, our not only physical but also emotional and psychological. He patiently laid out our case, explained our part in winning the lawsuit (providing our personal experience). He went so far... as to provide templates for our required information. He clearly explained every step of the lawsuit, provided deadlines well in advance of the due dates. He tirelessly answer our questions even when the same question might have been repeated multiple times over the course of the lawsuit. He was always patient and very helpful. I am grateful for the outstanding representation he provided for us.

Mr. Zahralddin provided very professional and timely assistance in a complicated case. As Power of Attorney for a family member I was able to work closely with him to ensure a clear understanding of the issues, the proceedings and actions taken. The net result has been a positive outcome in a diffi...cult situation. He was extremely prompt in responding to any requests for information or specific assistance and has remained available after resolution to address any complications that arose.

I have worked with many lawyers on different types of cases but I have never encountered a lawyer as knowledgeable and diligent as Rafael. The case that he is currently retained for is very complex; dealing with many different issues at different levels. He has been able to accomplish much more tha...n could ever be expected and has most likely set precedence on future corporate Chapter 11 cases. Within his law firm, he is able to quickly find topic specific attorneys to assist him with our case. Most of the lawyers I've worked with in the past work a regular 8-5 day; not Rafael. If there's work that needs to be done and it's urgent, he is on top of it. I've asked a question over the weekend expecting an answer on Monday but he responds quickly - not waiting for the next business day to respond. I have never found any lawyer who works at this level day after day. And the group of people he is representing now has some serious health issues and he has shown compassion for our lack of ability to understand or follow the bankruptcy process. Rafael continues to provide consistent explanation of steps in the bankruptcy process, what and when we need to take action, etc. Again, I have never worked with a lawyer that goes the extra mile(s) like Rafael does. If, in the future, something arises and I need legal counsel, Rafael Zahralddin is the first lawyer I would call.
