Highly Recommend for Representation

I have had Mr. Aber’s representation on two separate issues. Without him, I would not have had the positive outcomes I did. Mr Aber is understanding and listens thoroughly to your need for representation. He guides you every step of the way and keeps you updated on your case. He is diligent, knowle...dgeable and professional. He responds to all telephone and email messages immediately. He goes above and beyond to find a resolution to your issues. He takes time to talk with you and has your best interest at heart. He is affordable and works with you. I highly recommend him for anyone needing legal representation. You will not find a better lawyer to stand up and represent you better than Gary Aber. He has my utmost admiration and respect.

Very knowledgeable

Gary accepted my case when no others would. He reviewed all information fully, found pertinent information and worked hard for me even when it wasn't clearly evident that we'd end with a positive outcome. He did not dissuade me or try to steer me in any specific direction. He gave me all informat...ion necessary and explained things to me when asked. He guided without giving any false hopes. He worked around my schedules as much as possible. He ultimately got me some justification. He is personable. Hopefully I won't need to but I would definitely hire him again if necessary.

Terrific Support During a Difficult Time

Litigation is not a pleasant experience but having Gary Aber in my corner made it less stressful and ensured a positive outcome. Gary is diligent, hard working, experienced and empathetic. I would recommend him to anyone in need of superior representation.

Not a wise choice

It all began when I was beginning to be treated unfairly over a two-year period at my sales job at a major American company. I then had a mental breakdown, April 2015, and went on "disability." I'm a 68 year old Latino gay male, Vietnam Vet. The job I had for 17 years; new management came in and cre...ated a hostile environment. I sought legal help and Mr. Aber's name was given me to by another lawyer who said Aber handled "employment cases, re: discrimination, harassment, age-related bullying, etc." I made an appointment to see Mr. Aber and was told a consultation would be $300 and he could see me in a month or so. Fine. I agreed to see him even though time was of the essence since I had filed a complaint with the EEOC, which has its own time limitations. I finally met with Mr. Aber and we spoke for about an hour or so and he called the EEOC and contacted my employer in a letter, but that was it. He mentioned my case was a "nuisance" case and didn't have a chance even though I had 5 pages of intimidating emails from my supervisor. I didn't get any updates from Mr. Aber. After that it was generally impossible to reach him by phone, fax, to find out if he was going to represent me, next steps, etc. In the meantime, I was under therapy at the local VA Hospital for stress and trauma. Time was running out for me to move my case forward because of the EEOC 90-day statutes and my family kept calling Mr. Aber and we finally got an answer that he wouldn't represent me; this was 5 months later. I found the service inadequate, lacking in professionalism, follow-up, and a waste of time and money. If I had known this beforehand, I would have saved my $300 and moved quickly in the beginning to another lawyer at the time of the incidents.
