I have published over 1000 articles on corporate and commercial litigation, some of which have been cited by the Delaware Supreme Court, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and the Delaware Superior Court. I have been publishing a legal ethics column for the last 25 years for the national publication of the American Inns of Court.
