D1 visa 237a1B deportation halp Eb3 visa
The situation is that I have a clean record and an approved I-140 petition. Due to a D1 visa issue, I was deported in accordance with the rules—without a court hearing—after spending a month in an FDC (Federal Detention Center). I am currently abroad and want to return. EAC-03-162-50283-PD2002
