We were selling an independent pharmacy to a buyer who kept postponing the settlement. Greg pursued their attorney to find out why the delays. When he could not get an answer he suggested we cancel the deal. Very intuitive on his part we confronted the buyer and found out that he was just using us un...til he completed another deal. Then Greg was our attorney for the next deal with a chain corporation. The corporate lawyer was not familiar with Maryland law and tried to delay the process by citing antiquated laws. Greg informed the attorneys supervisor and had the process expedited. If it was not for Greg’s legal acumen we would probably still be in negotiations. Before I go into my review of Greg, let me give some background on why I hired him: I just finished a high conflict custody case for my 4 y/o son, which lasted approximately six months. These six months were hell on earth as my son's mother filed multiple false allegations as a means to get an a...dvantage during the custody battle. Apparently, false allegations are more common than you may think during high-conflict custody battles, especially those involving alleged domestic violence. These false allegations were very, very serious (some of which were felonies) and even enabled her to get full custody of my son for a few months. This was obviously a very difficult and scary period of time for me. From the very initial interaction, Greg was incredibly professional, patient, efficient and tactful when handling my complex PFA and custody cases / petitions / responses. He was quick to respond to phone calls and emails, even outside normal business ours. This is saying something because I was a very, very requiring client for those long six months (if he reads this, I guarantee he'll get a chuckle out of it). Long story short, I was ultimately able to get 50/50 custody of my son which was all that I wanted from the beginning. All of my criminal charges were dropped outright. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone experiencing anything remotely close to what I went through. He consistently demonstrated empathy and patience during those long six months. Greg's got the background, experience and strategy to get you the most favorable outcome. He definitely had my best interest in mind the entire time and I cannot thank him enough for it.
