We were selling an independent pharmacy to a buyer who kept postponing the settlement. Greg pursued their attorney to find out why the delays. When he could not get an answer he suggested we cancel the deal. Very intuitive on his part we confronted the buyer and found out that he was just using us un...til he completed another deal.
