Exceptional Advocate and Compassionate Attorney

I had the privilege of being represented by Julie Marburger, Esq. during one of the most difficult chapters of my life. From the very beginning, Julie was not only incredibly knowledgeable about family law but also deeply compassionate and empathetic. Julie listened to me without judgment and alwa...ys made me feel heard and respected. She explained complex legal concepts in ways I could understand, and she approached every challenge in my case with determination and strategic thinking. What stood out most about Julie was her courage to speak up when she saw injustice. She was never afraid to call out unethical behavior and advocate fiercely on my behalf. Her professionalism and integrity gave me confidence, even when I felt overwhelmed. Unfortunately, when my case moved from Berks County to Chester County, Julie was unable to continue representing me because she does not practice there. Losing her as my attorney was one of the hardest parts of that transition because she had become such an essential source of support and guidance. Julie is not just an excellent attorney—she is a remarkable person who truly cares about her clients. I will always be grateful for the time she stood by my side, fighting for me and my family. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Child custody

This lawyer was a waste of my money. She just took my case because she wanted my money and didn’t do what she was hired to do she went against me and judged me for what had happened and mistakes I made in the past . Instead of doing her JOB and what she was paid for she spoke ill of me to the judge a...nd other lawyers and did not fight for me and my rights at all even though I gave her evidence upon evidence supporting what my their father should not get them. She didn’t even try to help me and without asking me first she contacted people I did not want her to contact and told them things about my case. Then she wanted more money she blew through $4,000 in two months and wanted $2500 more from me. Now I’m out of that $4,000 and I had to let her go not only for her poor service to me but because I could not afford her anymore. She’s all about the money. She never even took the time to meet me and talk with me face to face. She talked to me also like a child. So I would not recommend her to anyone. Especially if you have some negative things on your side that your trying to combat and fix and people make mistakes were not perfect. She went off her opinions then just doing her job and defending me and supporting me and my side. She even I feel agreed with my child’s father it seemed . She was no help and if anything made my case worse. Thank you for your time reading this everyone. Oh and now on top of it all I’m left with no money to pay any other lawyer so I have to represent myself now.

Custody cases are decided on the best interests of the children, which is spelled out in 16 factors. Unfortunately, I cannot change the facts in a custody case. I told you upfront that realistically the Judge was not going to give you what you were seeking based on the facts of your case. I did my best to keep your expectations realistic, while advocating as hard as I could for you. We came up with a plan to fight for what you wanted and I did the best I could to get you what you wanted, but the Court always looks at the best interest of the child. I cannot change that. As I explained, cases with heavy litigation take a lot of time and money. If you have a lot of Court hearings, it obviously takes a lot of time. I am sorry that we could not get the result you wanted within your financial means. I wish you the best of luck moving forward.
