I had to file for bankruptcy and give up my home I had for 15 years. One of my friends recommended the Mendelsohn firm. I could not express enough how grateful I was to have chosen them. I used Brenna the end of last year and it was not a good experience. My case was very complicated and was told that some things won't be discharged when if fact, finding out from another attorney, that yes they can be it just would require some work. Sadly, she did not want to take that extra step fo...r me unless I paid her more money. At one point she told me via email that I wasting her time with questions and she has other clients to help. She screens her calls and has her paralegal do everything from phone calls to emails. I wanted a fresh start and I am still cleaning up a mess after the case has been discharged.
