Brenna Hope Mendelsohn

I used Brenna the end of last year and it was not a good experience. My case was very complicated and was told that some things won't be discharged when if fact, finding out from another attorney, that yes they can be it just would require some work. Sadly, she did not want to take that extra step fo...r me unless I paid her more money. At one point she told me via email that I wasting her time with questions and she has other clients to help. She screens her calls and has her paralegal do everything from phone calls to emails. I wanted a fresh start and I am still cleaning up a mess after the case has been discharged.

Bankruptcy is a difficult thing for anyone, and for me, finding the right attorney was critical. Working with Brenna and her team was a very positive experience in an otherwise difficult and frustrating time. From start to finish the Mendelsohn team was accessible, friendly, guided my every move, adv...ised me on important decisions, and answered all my questions, even the ones i didn't know to ask! Now, several months after successfully emerging from bankruptcy, i had some questions, and again, Brenna was there to provide me with clear, useful answers. Her services are top notch and her rates were half that of the other bankruptcy attorneys i had interviewed. FYI, she has a terrific staff to assist her. The highest commendation i could give any service is provider is this: I have recommended her to friends.

I was desperate and needed help. Somebody told me that they had previously worked for this firm and that they knew all efforts were put into resolution of a case. Well, I signed up, paid an enormous deposit just to get things off the ground. I didn't hear for many weeks and every time I called the... office I was told that the lawyer was "out of town". Then I called my friend, who used to work in Reading in the legal field, and this person told me that they have a bad reputation and to get back my deposit. The firm kept more than 3/4 of my deposit even though they spent only a few hours on my case. I was told to seek legal recourse.

I filed for bankruptcy about 5 years ago and used Brenna and she made it very fast and easy. It definitely helped pull me out of a hole and i couldn't have been more happy with the way everything went, not to mention it was about half the cost of what the other lawyers i went to were charging.
