I had an outstanding warrant from a while back on a misdemeanor charge. I now live in Florida so I needed to hire an attorney that could facilitate the release of the warrant as well as see if there was a solution to this whole nightmare. I am a Safety Director for a Trucking company in Alabama. We had a driver receive a citation for leaving the seen of an accident. The driver cut a corner to sharp and the trailer hoped the curb and run over a stop sign. the driver did not know that this took place. An officer found a camera that was ...close by that recorded the incident showing our tractor trailer causing the damage. The officer found our unit at a receiver where we delivered a load. The officer questioned the driver about the incident, Our driver told the officer they had no idea of the incident but the officer issued a citation for leaving the seen of an accident. We received the invoice for the damages about 2 weeks offer it happened and sent a check for the damages. the driver is about 40 years old and had never received a citation before. The driver paid the citation without knowing that it would suspend the CDL license for a year. We call Ryan McAllister and gave him all the information and he was able to have the leaving the seen of the accident reduced to operation tractor trailer that was too wide for the road. CDL will be reinstated.
