Mr. McAllister is a founding partner of Nevins & McAllister, P.L.L.C. He practices in the areas of Criminal Defense, DUI, and Family Law. Mr. McAllister was previously employed as an Assistant Public Defender in Berks County. He was also a summer associate for a Philadelphia civil litigation law firm, practicing in the areas of insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, and workers compensation. During college and law school, Mr. McAllister gained experience working in the Homicide Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office as well as the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. McAllister is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania, and the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He resides in Berks County with his family.
