Biography
Eileen V. Dooley has been a civil litigator for 35 years, focusing on representing litigants in workers’ compensation cases since 1992. Her experience representing insurance companies, employers, and injured workers brings a well-rounded perspective to the firm.
Eileen has represented thousands of clients through the workers’ compensation process. In addition, she has also authored course materials for Pennsylvania Bar Institute publications.
A big believer in giving back to her community, Eileen generously donates her time by providing pro bono services to children and adults with special needs. She has also been acknowledged annually on the First Judicial District’s Pro Bono Honor Roll for her commitment to providing legal aid to indigent individuals. In addition, she has served as a court-appointed attorney for children who have been removed from their families and entrusted to the care of the Commonwealth.
