I Hire Allan L Sodomsky for a case I had in September of 2014 ,from the beginning Allen didn't speak to me til my first pliminary hearing to which he told my mother he came to see me several times Which was a lie.My hearing was continuing on several occasions to which I asked Mr.Sodomsky to speak up..., challenge, or file a complaint about my hearing being continuing to many times to while he refused.once I did finally get into court,Mr.Sodomsky came down stairs to tlk to me before the hearing.He swore to me up and down that the witnesses was here and they were ready to testify,and it would be in my best interest to take a deal he worked out with the DA to while I decline due to the fact I was on state parole and that would have been a direct violation so once I went upstairs to have my hearing,it was told to me that the witnesses were not here by the judge;when Mr. Sodomsky told me straight up the witnesses were here and ready to testify.So he lied to me to try to make me take a deal.I fired him in the courtroom and a week later at my next court date the case was dismissed wit a PD. If you enjoy your freedom, I would stay far away from Allan L Sodomsky as I can.
