Born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, February 15, 1975, Jeff was raised in Boyertown. He has an undergraduate degree from West Chester University, magna cum laude, and received his J.D. degree from Villanova University in 2002. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October, 2002. Jeff served as a board of director for the Boyertown Area YMCA, and as member of Building a Better Boyertown, Berks-Mont Business Association and Boyertown AMBUCS. Jeff has represented a variety of clients since coming to BOYD & KARVER in 2002. He maintains a general practice of law with concentrations in family law, bankruptcy, real estate and business law, wills and estates administration.
