Over and over again Lance made mistakes on my fiancee' visa forms. Every time I voiced my concerns he would either ignore them or blame his mistakes on me. We were approved but I feel I did most of the leg work and Lance could care less as he was paid in advance. I did my best to give him a chance... to do right by me. Names misspelled, addresses incorrect, receipt number incorrect from USCIS but he again blamed that on me even though I cut and paste it directly from his PDF form that HE emailed me. I'm fair and honest, and honestly I would not recommend Lance Malcolm to anyone! I just hope his firm takes care of me. If not, I'll submit a follow up review. Zero stars would be a good option!
