I've been handling vehicle accidents since 1987 or so. I have settled cases totalling millions of dollars. I have handled motorcycle accidents that were very complex and required much engineering and physics in the accident reconstruction aspect. I've handled cases involving children injured in accidents, elderly, injured, and I've successfully achieved "new law" being made in connection with Uninsured/UnderInsured motorist accidents.

I have become a zealous advocate for the injured worker, have handles hundreds of cases, and premendously enjoy doing so, because I put myself through college and law school working very hard, heavy labor jobs. I saw how hard those co-employees of mine worked and how injuries would devestate their lives. The companies would not voluntarily help these folks and that infuriated me. So, now i fight for those "pals" of mine - fellow UAW guys, carpenters, masons, janitors, etc.

I am a Former Montgomery County Asst. Dist. Atty, and a Former Montgomery County Asst. Public Defender (and later a Special Asst. Public Defender. I have been appointed by the Montgomery County Courts to handle criminal cases not able to be handled by the PD's Office due to conflict of Interest. I have spent my entire years of private practice continuing to use my defense skills obtained by those early years in the Courthouse.

I have many years experience in this area, Divorce, Custody, Property Division, Child Support, Alimony, Protection From Abuse, etc. I don't do as much of it as I did in younger years, but I am still a "tiger" when I get into these kinds of acrimonious legal battles.
