First of all, her profile pic is 30 years old. If you are a stay at home mom/dad who is guaranteed a big payout/settlement, then this is the attorney for you. If you are the breadwinner (male or female) who needs a lawyer to actually work for you, then look elsewhere. She has a bitchy attitude and ma...kes careless mistakes, certainly not worth the hourly rate.

Ms. Young represented me in a family court/ child custody matter. She gained my trust after our first one hour meeting: she was a great listener, and empathic. This is in stark contrast to the way in which she litigated in court. She was very tough, agile in asking probing questions--she thinks ve...ry well on her feet. Opposing parties were quite evasive, but Ms. Young was able to get the facts and present them to the court in a logical manner by asking both me and the opposing party those questions that cut through the extraneous information. She was very quick at getting things done--didn't waste anyone's time (a great asset when in family court at present hourly rates!). One caveat I found was that she does not like the continuing small "battles" that sometimes occur in very adversarial cases. She is very good at starting and ending a dispute; however, when problems keep arising (as in the minority of custody cases), she would rather not continue to litigate. I think that this is a good strategy in a family lawyer; however, not all cases are easily resolved. Overall, she is an outstanding attorney, very knowledgeable and a great litigator--she can very quickly and succinctly gather and present pertinent information: she thinks on her feet!

In a complicated financial case involving businesses, and other large assets, where this lawyer was recommended, I found she did as little work as possible. She responded to my questions with terse emails. Did not conduct discovery, did not find out the true worth of assets, we had toward 4 wa...y meetings which were a waste of time.
