Biography
Kathleen A. Maloles is a 2005 graduate of Widener University School of Law and has an Estate Planning Certification from Temple University School of Law's Graduate Tax Program. Ms. Maloles concentrates her practice on Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Estate Administration matters. Ms. Maloles has handled numerous simple and complex trusts and estates cases from inception to end. In addition, Ms. Maloles works closely with her firm's attorneys in handling the probate matters for Wrongful Death cases. Ms. Maloles has been selected in 2010 as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer-Rising Star.
During her free time, Ms. Maloles serves as Legal Counsel to the Board of Directors for the Philippine Medical Society of Greater Philadelphia, volunteers for the American Cancer Society, Wills for Heroes and WAGS Rescue. She is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association. Ms. Maloles resides in Delaware County with her husband and two children.
