Mr Petersen may of been a good lawyer in the past, but seems like those days are long gone. Hired him for a civil case and got a very poor effort. Basically just goes through the motions to burn up the retainer and got nothing accomplished. The experience with Mr.Petersen is not much different than...

Replied last March 30, 2022This review is extremely inaccurate. Without going into detail and possibly violating the attorney client privilege, this client is simply unhappy with the result of a lengthy civil dispute with his next-door neighbor. His legal fees were billed hourly as agreed and all billing entries have been provided to him. He waited almost 18 months to complain about the bills after paying approximately 80% of what is owed. He simply got frustrated with the process and is now venting those frustrations. I stand behind my work 100% and this case is no different.
