Two months ago, I was in an agreement to buy a home in Pennsylvania, but the seller was not cooperative in disclosing necessary information and providing documents required by my mortgage lender. Luckily, I found Marc. His firm is the only BBB credited law firm came up on top during my search. Only took Marc a few minutes after he reviewed my relevant documents quickly identified points and clauses in the sales contract where the seller had defaulted based on the Pennsylvania real estate laws. It was a tough position and hard job for Marc because seller still held a large sum of deposit money. In the handling of my case, Marc showed his professional quality and integrity. I think we all have the fear when comes to deal with lawyers in our real world. But this is the first time that Marc has changed my image about hiring a lawyer. He went to the extra mile to chase and follow up until my deposit was fully returned. His fee was very reasonable, and he even returned unused portion of retainer fee to me. Though to date I have not yet seen Marc in person, we only talked over the phone and communicated through emails, I really really recommend Mar to anyone who is seeking for legal help in real estate. A good attorney is hard to come by these days.

i recommend Marc to any business looking to enter into a lease or other real estate negotiation. I have had lawyers who will tear up every document you put in front of them and rewrite the entire contract resulting in huge legal fees. Mark was able to spot the issues and provide advise not only on ...how he recommended they be addressed, but also whether they were worth the effort. He was also able to stay within the budget that I gave him. I recently contacted him again to represent me in a larger deal. Hopefully, I will be able to leave another review in the near future.
