Chris Lacks experience in Family Law and over charges. He is not experience in family law and should not be practicing. He drew out a very simple matter for a custody meeting. By doing this he overcharged me for his time. When I moved to another lawyer, his office charged me large fees to move my fil...es (he only had me as a client for a few weeks) and charged for operational fees to send me my money back. In the end we spent a lot of money with no return. I do not recommend her as a lawyer.

From the door I have had financial issues. My husband is a doctor who made sure I had nothing when he left me. Mr Badali not only made sure I got money immediately, but continues to work on my case because my husband insists on withholding money constantly. Im sure your thinking, thats his job, bu...t trust me, Christian Badali has gone above and beyond the normal duties of an attorney. He has made me feel emotionally and financially stable. He is extremely knowledgeable. I literally fired one attorney prior to retaining Mr Badali and thank God I did. I never thought I would ever be writing a review singing the praises of a lawyer.

Mr. Badali did not fight for me. I had a terrible experience with him costing me tens of thousands of dollars. In front of court officials, he was not prepared and allowed opposing counsel to completely dominate the proceedings. I hired him to help me, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. ...I would not recommend him.

Christian handled my modified custody order and child support claims in an efficient and productive manner keeping expenses minimal in dealing with difficult opposing party. He is well versed in current family law and court views providing a sensible negiotiation and tactiful inputs. He is well res...pected by the Montgomery County judges and other attorneys as well as liked by Domestic Relations. A pleasure to work with, just wish that I had hired him to start.
