She took over $45,000 of money, lied saying she never planned on selling my case, lost my custody emergency order of my ex hiring my daughter, although I won full custody because he was arrested last time and she was the lawyer then. She charged duplicate hours for "reviewing ex's discovery docume...nts and showed them to me and 1/4 were blank!! She couldn't answer any of my questions regarding this and I had to pay my new lawyer to request from my exs lawyer because Carol also gave them to my new lawyer this way also. Negligent, and not someone you want to represent you. Poor communicator with opposing lawyer, told me things on the phone that she refused to email, then said she never said those things. DIRTY LAWYER only or for money. Lacks standards the board requirements/ethical practice and she should not be able to practice nor scam people who need representation. This was your warning.
