A smart lawyer you can trust

I hired Mr. Wilenzik to set up my business in Pennsylvania, as well as to advise on tax matters for a complicated business enterprise. I found Mr. Wilenzik to be knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and thoughtful. What I liked best is he asked me what I would like to accomplish, and suggested the be...st ways to do it. I have worked with many lawyers who can tell me what I can't do. Mr. Wilenzik focused on how we COULD set up the business in a tax-efficient manner in an intelligent, fully compliant way.
