Biography
Family law is so much more than case numbers - the people who walk in my door are experiencing some of the greatest conflict of their lives. I make it a priority to not only get them the best legal outcome, but also to ensure that they understand the process every step of the way and always have an open and direct line of communication with me. A client needs to have ownership of their matter and be able to make informed decisions, because often they will be bound to the results for years to come.
I have practiced in many counties and appeared before dozens of judges and masters in the family law arena. I know what the court is looking for and what it is likely to do based on a given circumstance. My goal is to help my client get the result they need by hopefully avoiding litigation - which is usually an unnecessary expense - while ensuring that their rights have been identified and protected.
While each case is unique, I know my clients rely on my experience to guide them, and I take that responsibility seriously.
