While I've been a practicing attorney for the past 12 years, family law and divorce is all I've ever done professionally. From high school, I interned in a local family law firm where I first became passionate about helping good people through very difficult situations. As I worked my way up to become a paralegal in that law firm, I also attended college and law school at night to be able to represent clients who truly need help and a guiding force through a trying period. '
My office is located in Exeter. where I also live with my husband and three kids. I love cooking, being outdoors and the Philadelphia Eagles.

If I could give Zero I would
Denise was very unprofessional. As I was waiting for my consult she was very inappropriate with her previous client, hugging her and then blowing her a kiss. I believe that is out of line and she should be disbarred for having romantic relations with clients.
I don't even know where to begin with this. This is a total fabrication. I have not scheduled any back to back consultations in my office since before Covid, to keep my guests and staff safe, so there is no possible scenario in which anyone witnessed me hugging a client. As for that accusation itself, this is an inherently emotional process we are engaged in and clients often are either sad, or overcome with relief and gratitude. So yes, I do hug my clients, quite frequently in fact. I never initiate the contact but I also wouldn't say no to a client who needs a hug. I am a compassionate person above all else, and truly have empathy and caring for my clients, which I think makes me better at my job.

Absolutely horrible
Maybe she use to be ok but not anymore. Messed everything up to not returning phone calls promptly and not ignoring emails. Always claiming to maybe have used the wrong email address. Kept referring to my ex as my husband when we were never even married. Ended up leaving me stranded in the middle of ...

Terrible
Worse lawyer I’ve ever delt with. Told me to record every interaction with my child’s father. I did. Then she told me she couldnt use it because of PA wiretap laws. Terrible advice. Wouldnt return calls/emails for weeks. We were supposed to have a meeting a couple weeks before the trial. She postpone...

She's amazing!
Denise assured me the moment I met her that things were going to be ok. I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel, and here we are rapidly approaching that light. I can't thank her enough for her attention to detail, keeping me informed and hand holding step by step in this process. I would r...

Made a difficult situation easier!
Denise provided services with my divorce and custody agreement and everything else that entails. She gave me excellent council and supported whatever decisions I made while being patient through the process. I would recommend her to family and friends.
"Denise is a fantastic family law attorney. Because she understands the complexities of family law, she is able to effectively and skillfully represent her client. She is compassionate but tough and she gets results. I worked with Denise when I was a new attorney and she was a wealth of legal knowledge with the (many!) questions I brought to her. Her years of experience as a family law attorney and prior to that as a paralegal give her an in-depth understanding of the law and procedure. I enthusiastically endorse her."
