Success driven litigation stratagies. Diverse litigation background with extensive trial experience with over 50 trials to verdict in State and Federal Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Represented Fortune 500 companies, local companies, contractors and individuals in a variety of litigation matters including construction related issues, contractual disputes, employment issues, premises liability, products liability as well as other personal injury matters. He has also litigated complex environmental/toxic tort claims in the areas of asbestos, landfill, mold, indoor air quality and latex gloves litigations. He currently focuses his practice on litigation involving construction, corporate/transactional issues, employment and personal injury matters.

Prior to joining Gawthrop Greenwood, Mr. McDonnell was a partner with a Philadelphia law firm. He has been selected to serve as an arbitrator by his peers and appointed as an arbitrator by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He has authored several articles and presented to peers and industry representativel relative to business divorces, employment, contract and insurance coverage issues. He has been honored as a Top Lawyer by Main Line Today Magazine.
