Rosana Chiple

I am focused on providing my clients quality and ethical legal services. I practice Family Law and Wills and Estate Law/Probate at Fink and Buchanan, Law Offices, LLC.  I am determined to provide all information and advice necessary so you can make the best educated and informed decision for yourself and your family.  I very much enjoy the process of mediation. It provides a cost effective aternative to expensive litigation.  As a trained mediator, I assist family members in communicating with each other with the goal of resolving their legal issues. Families often have the ability to resolve their own issues given the opportunity; I will give you that oppurtunity.

I received my undergraduate degree from Immaculata University (Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society) and received my law degree from Widener University School of Law.  Now, as an adjunct professor at West Chester University, I teach Immigration and Criminal Justice which is a perfect compliment to my immigration practice.

As an active member of the Chester County Bar Association, and am currently serving on the Board of Directors since 2024. I currently chair the Naturalization Committee (since 2000), co-created and co-chair the Family Law/Custody Mediation Section, and provide probono services via the Access to Justice program.

I am one of the few Chester County attorneys that is a "native" bilingual.  I live in West Chester and love to work with the community.  This year marks 23 years that I have volunteered at my Parish as a PREP(CCD) teacher. My love of animals has led me to become a member and Public Information Officer for the Chester County Animal Response Team (CART-assisting family's companion animals during disasters requiring sheltering) and am also a volunteer for Tri-State Bird Rescue. In the past I was also a member of the Chester County Disaster Action Team Red Cross and have assisted people harmed by fires or ice storms.
