I represent clients who are in or facing foreclosure and/or sheriff sale and/or ejectment in Pennsylvania county courts. This is not Bankruptcy. Straightforward and great advice!

Mr. Carey was kind enough to contact me on a Sunday afternoon regarding questions I had about a claim that was filed against me. He was patient in listening, and understanding of my situation, and offered some strategies to me in my quest for self defense. I have not met Mr. Carey personally, but ...he seemed like a very nice knowledgeable guy!

Exceptionally knowledgable

I had a consultation with Attorney Carey regarding an issue with a short sale transaction. He was very thorough, concise and used layman's terms that I could understand. He was extremely patient and allowed me sufficient time to ask any questions I had. He does tons of foreclosure work and is also... a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania so he was able to cover any and all areas of concern that I had. I would definitively recommend Mr. Carey for any real estate related legal issues.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
