May 17, 2012OUTCOME: Settlement with First and Second lenders who agreed to stay any sales and execution on the default judgments in order to allow our clients to work out loan modifications with the lenders.
A pair of Chester County Mortgage Foreclosure cases where the foreclosing lenders secured default judgments against my clients when their bankruptcy attorney failed to file answers to the complaints in ... foreclosure. We filed Motions to Open/Strike the Judgments to prevent the lenders from selling the property at sheriff sale.
