John represented me on a traffic citation. He responded quickly to emails and was very informative about process. Each step was explained in layperson terms and he double checked to make sure I understood. John laid out a perfect resolution, a probable outcome and a worst case scenario to prepare ...me. Going into the trail we had a game plan and I felt he full understood my point of view. At the hearing he handled the discussion with the trooper and the judge achieving the probable, and desired, outcome he articulated. I contacted John to discuss a civil case. After a couple of email exchanges and 2 phone conversations, I hired John to be my attorney. My experience with John was absolutely incredible. His communication was impeccable. Every single correspondence answered my questions or he asked specific questions ...to aid the case. Any time I had a question, he responded usually within 2 hours. I never experienced a delay of more than 12 hours and that was due to time zone differences and my late night messages. The thing that impressed me most about John was his ability to lay out all my options and then let me pick what I wanted to do without influencing my decision. My case could have taken years and years to get resolved. With his effective communication and experience, it was resolved completely within 6 months. This was after nearly two years of working with people before John took my case.
