Elizabeth M. Srinivasan

I can’t imagine going through a divorce with anyone other than Elizabeth Srinivasan by my side. In my experience, divorce was worse than cancer and Elizabeth was the reason I made it through. She knows the law, how the law works, and how the system works. She’s got a mind like a steel trap, a hear...t bigger than the universe, and is unbelievably skillful in switching between her mind and her heart. She’s non-judgmental and one of the most generous people I’ve ever met in my life. She’s insistent, persistent, tireless, always polite, but she also knows how to be a shark when the situation calls for it. Although she did not hesitate to rein me in when necessary, at all times I had no doubt that she had my very best interests at heart and I so very much appreciated her thoroughness, down to the very smallest detail up until the very last minute of the process. I always felt that she was working for my betterment, not her own. Don’t ever doubt that she hears what you say in your many rants, emails, and texts. SHE HEARS YOU, files it away, and uses the information at the exact right moment. She went to my hearings ultra-prepared, was always dignified and polite yet willing to hold firm, and able to be humble when required. This whole divorce felt like the fight of my life, and I was only able to go through and come out the other end with my dignity and much more than I had dared hope for….all because of Elizabeth Srinivasan.

I would highly recommend Elizabeth. She is amazing, works with Empathy and care. She has indepth knowledge of Family court. She is INNOVATIVE Recently, I took consultation from Elizabeth for my ongoing Divorce case with my wife. My case is already complex and involves cross border. Elizabe...th has vast and indepth knowledge of family courts and processes. I got the right advice from her. If it weren't for Mrs. Srinivasan I would've never received custody of my daughter. After being practically ambushed in court by my ex partner. Mrs. Srinivasan didn't stop fighting and diligently working to combat what almost seemed impossible. Mrs. Srinivasan in my experience was working on my case ...through the day and up till the late hours of the night and I'm telling you. She really really cares about her clients and also has decades of experience working in the area. So she is very familiar with the court system in Chester County and surrounding areas. She is available all throughout the day and night to take your calls and work on a game plan that works in the interest of everyone especially the child in my case. There is so much I could say about Liz! She was astounding in court as well as mentoring me through the right steps that lead me to getting a lot more custody of my son! She was realistic and fought hard for me even though my case was not looking so good when she got ahold of it (she was my seco...nd lawyer). I now have about 40% custody of my 3.5 year old son and its only looking up from her. She helped me outline a plan to get more custody as time went on and just as she planned it worked. She knew I was on a budget and was careful to make sure we did not waste time or money! In court she was on fire! I couldn't believe how good she was. So smooth, calm and on point! She really knows her stuff!

For anyone who hasn’t been through a divorce, the whole process can be completely overwhelming. Mrs Srinivasan takes the time to break down each step of your case and makes sure you know exactly what is happening and going to happen when you leave her office. That is great, but the real reason why I ...am giving her 5 stars is because My case was quickly taken over and I was kept in the loop, instantly I felt a huge weight had been lifted and how amazing she communicates to the judge and handles witnesses and Her advice is practical, logical, and proved to be spot on in every instance. She is very reasonable on the pricing side with no hidden charges and all. I felt like I had a true advocate in my corner throughout the process and for that, I'm so incredibly grateful because she provided a human approach that I believe is hard to find in the legal world.
