I hired Elizabeth to handle my divorce and custody case. Elizabeth was referred to me thru the domestic violence services of Chester County. My situation was horrible, domestic violence knew I had a battle ahead of me and told me the only person who could get me thru the horrific times a head of me... was Elizabeth and they were so correct. I had to deal with losing everything, however I would not stand to lose my children. I had to deal with parental alienation, kidnapping I lost my job. How bad could it get was not a question I had time to ask. I realized we do have a broken court system. You will meet attorneys, judges, staff at family court who do not care. My custody case was a 5 day trial one of the worst in Chester County during a horrible snow storm. The judge who handled my custody trial started out with a statement that no one would take his children from him. That was a statment made before he heard any of the facts or testimony in my trial.
