Adding Ease and Comfort to a Difficult Time

Liz handled my international divorce and showed great empathy while still being practical and working diligently to get my divorce finalized quickly and easily. One thing that I appreciate about Liz is that she treated me as an individual, not "just another case." She offered recommendations on how t...o handle certain aspects of my divorce, while still respecting my wishes. She was recommended to me by a friend, and I have also personally recommended her to others. Thank you, Liz, for helping make a difficult time much more manageable.

Amazing Attorney!

Elizabeth is a bulldog in court! As a now divorced father, she represented me to the full extent never backing down. I am extremely happy with her and would recommend her to any father going through a divorce and don't think they have a fighting chance. She made it happen! She was always prepared ...and very well spoken. I couldn't have asked for a better person to represent me. Thank you Liz for getting me my life back. Truly a professional!

Excellent and Caring Lawyer

Elizabeth is a very smart and understanding lawyer. My particular divorce case wasn't easy so she walked me through my options and "what" we can accomplish and make the proceedings quick and cost effective for both parties. Thank You Elizabeth!! And I highly recommend her.

Incredibly Sweet, Wise and On point!

Elizabeth is Fantastic!!! She is an amazingly sweet, sagacious and experienced lawyer that went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking in my support case. She was on top of the ball the whole time without giving me any false hope. She literally worked it from all angles. She a...lso answered all my annoying questions promptly). I believe her experience, eloquence and sweet disposition in approaching the other party give her a special edge! So much so that my ex who is not a very nice person nor gives out complements said to her “I like you” in front of everyone. I was shocked. I highly recommend Liz for any family matter you may have. I know I will be reaching out to her for all of my support needs and you should too;)

Always full of suprises

Elizabeth represented me on a case for my children years ago. It wasn't a difficult one though it was an extremely aggravating one. She represented me well and my children remained safely with me. Fast forward to now I asked her to represent me again. This time as a grandparent for my wife and I. Thi...s time was a lot more difficult case. Simply being that grandparents have very little rights to grandkids. The thing about Elizabeth is she truly cares about children's safety and she could see the desperation in our eyes knowing our grandchild was in danger. She sympathized with our plight to get this defenseless little child out of arms way. We worked with her gathering as much information as we could. While doing so the situation escalated dramatically. We went in with some evidence and Elizabeth convinced the other party to give us shared legal and physical custody in an agreement. That was pretty impressive. Unfortunately two weeks later new developments came up and what we had was not going to be adequate to keep our grandchild safe. Going back to court with substantially more evidence ready for another emergent custody case. W had much higher demands from us this time. Again on the day of the court she managed to convince the other party in giving us sole physical custody. I never thought the other party would agree but Elizabeth managed to convince the other party to the agreement. Grandparents with sole physical custody is a rarity but was able to be accomplished by her skilled negotiating abilities. Two times Elizabeth was able to turn emergent cases into agreed custody orders. Now there was a lot of worry, set backs and frustrations in between. Nothing is ever guaranteed in situations like these but Elizabeth never made any false promises about potential outcomes. She also has a very sweet disposition that made me worry at times. Don't let that fool you. She knows her business and the law very well. I fully expect I may need her in the future if the situation changes again. That is if I didn't drive her crazy with all my questions from this time...lol. For now I am content knowing my grandchild, even though we never planned on raising another child after our 5 boys, is safe from a very hostile and unstable environment. If you are ever in the unfortunate circumstance and need representation for your child/grandchild you couldn't ask for a better lawyer than Elizabeth. Elizabeth may not win every case but she will put everything she has into it to try and not let that happen. I definitely recommend hiring Elizabeth for your custody issues.
