I assist my business and individual clients across the spectrum of a real estate transaction: from the early stages of negotiating an Agreement of Sale or Letter of Intent to the actual closing. My real estate work involves negotiating terms, drafting agreements, and analyzing records and other documentation during due diligence.

I assist my clients with contract negotiation and drafting from both the business and consumer prospective. For a smaller transaction (i.e., a consumer service agreement), I can review the potential agreement and offer comments and negotiation points.

I can assist individuals with formalizing their entrepreneurial dream by forming the proper entity and negotiating and drafting the necessary formation documents.

I represent both employers and employees with their employment-related documents, including offer letters, non-compete agreements, severance packages, and employee handbooks. I also assist independent contractors with negotiating and drafting service agreements.
