I had been thinking about filing a claim for SSDI since I became unable to work 4 years ago. Alex and his team accepted my case and won on the first try! The process was very easy for me and they did all of the work. They always contacted me as soon as there were any updates on my case. I was awarded...

Great Team!
From initial contact to winning my case, Victory Disability took the wheel and handled it all. They took away the stress of dealing with Social Security. The website provided for keeping in touch is very user friendly, and they were always fast to reply. Thank you Victory Disability!

Beware!
This guy preys on Disabled Veterans! I had to file a complaint with the BBB and guess what? Yes, his response was full of lies and accusations that were all false. They did very little to nothing in my case. I made most of the calls directly to get answers from Ssdi. They dropped me as a client and n...
Sir, I attempted to call you twice and you did not return my call. I am a person that likes to deal with issues or problems head on, and I think most things can get resolved with a conversation. Unfortunately, you decided to post on the Internet instead. We dropped you as a client per your wishes. You were upset that the process was taking long despite us advising you that Social Security disability claims are taking longer than ever. We withdrew as your representative, and we did not waive our right to a fee. All this means is that if the claim were to be successful, we would have to submit the work we performed on your claim to Social Security to determine if we should receive any part of the fee in your case. It is standard practice by every attorney. It is also detailed in the fee agreement that you signed, which is written by Social Security itself. It’s unfortunate that you continue to make these statements about myself and our firm regarding our relationship with the veteran community. We have over 700 5 star reviews and we primarily work off of referrals from the Veteran community. Pick up the phone and let’s discuss the issue and I’m sure we can get it resolved. Thanks

Very helpful and informative
Alex explained everything to me before my Disability hearing - there were no surprises. The judge agreed with us and we won our case. He took the time to explain what would happen next and was happy to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!
