Poor comunications!
I don't know what to say. I don't know if any Communcations went on between Alexander and SSA representative. I was not contacted when I was approved for my disability. I had logged into my Victory Disability account, and it was frozen. I could not write an email to Alexander. So, I had to call the S...
Thanks for the review - did you try calling the office? We don't have the power to "freeze" your email account. Not sure why would do that in the first place. A 1 star review after we were able to get your claim approved and you didn't have to pay a fee. Seems a bit outrageous, but we wish you the best in the future.

Beware!
This guy preys on Disabled Veterans! I had to file a complaint with the BBB and guess what? Yes, his response was full of lies and accusations that were all false. They did very little to nothing in my case. I made most of the calls directly to get answers from Ssdi. They dropped me as a client and n...
Sir, I attempted to call you twice and you did not return my call. I am a person that likes to deal with issues or problems head on, and I think most things can get resolved with a conversation. Unfortunately, you decided to post on the Internet instead. We dropped you as a client per your wishes. You were upset that the process was taking long despite us advising you that Social Security disability claims are taking longer than ever. We withdrew as your representative, and we did not waive our right to a fee. All this means is that if the claim were to be successful, we would have to submit the work we performed on your claim to Social Security to determine if we should receive any part of the fee in your case. It is standard practice by every attorney. It is also detailed in the fee agreement that you signed, which is written by Social Security itself. It’s unfortunate that you continue to make these statements about myself and our firm regarding our relationship with the veteran community. We have over 700 5 star reviews and we primarily work off of referrals from the Veteran community. Pick up the phone and let’s discuss the issue and I’m sure we can get it resolved. Thanks
