From the very first call I knew this was a great law firm. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. Once they accepted my case (for SSDI as a Veteran) they set me up a portal and I was able to communicate and send files directly to them at any time of the day. Their response time was ver...y quick and if within business hours sometimes almost immediate. I would highly recommend them. Also be advised since SSDI and VA are federal programs the atttorney you hire does NOT have to be in your state. He is not in mine and I recommend this firm to all my veteran friends needing help with SS claims.

I don't know what to say. I don't know if any Communcations went on between Alexander and SSA representative. I was not contacted when I was approved for my disability. I had logged into my Victory Disability account, and it was frozen. I could not write an email to Alexander. So, I had to call the S...SA office and find out on my own that I was approved for my disability, without back pay. I am not satisfied with service and lack of communications. I did not receive why I did not receive back pay. Seems like you (Victory Disability) found out I as approved without back pay, so you froze up my email account. And did not notify me!!!

My attorney was great. Throughout the entire process to apply and recieve my SSDI benefits was extremely easy. Esspecially with Victory representing me. My attorney kept in contact, and continously keeping me informed of everything tgat was happening throughout the entire process. I highly recommend ...Victory Disability, specifically Alexander Athanasios Sioutis, to assist anyone in this process.

While my case was processing through SSA, I received very little communication. When I would call for an update and speak to Mykel his standard answer would be "I don' t know I will have to call and check". I got so fed up I would call get the latest update and then forward it to Mykel. Since my cas...e was finalized I have spoken to Casey, she assured me that I would receive a letter from SSA detailing what test results the used to determine my disability. As of today I have not received any further information from the SSA nor have I received any further information from your law firm. Overall a very disappointing experience.
