Poor communication
I felt like it was a papermill, throw it on the wall and see what sticks, too many short comings to list.

Replied last April 13, 2022Thanks for your review. Unfortunately an Administrative Law Judge denied your claim which certainly happens. There were certain things in your record that we could not argue against however. Our goal is to assist Veterans, even those with borderline cases, in trying to obtain the benefits we believe they certainly deserve. I am uncertain what you mean by “paper mill” but if the suggestion is that we take more challenging claims than Attorneys who only take easy win cases, then I would agree with you. Take care

Very helpful and informative
