Biography
Ryan brings years of trial experience, both as a criminal defense attorney and as a former deputy district attorney.
Ryan has handled hundreds of DUI cases from challenging evidence and jury trials to appeals to the superior court. In addition Ryan served as the Coordinator of a County District Attorney's DUI ARD program, responsible for supervising the team of attorneys and staff in the ard department, overseeing the admission of thousands of individuals who applied for the ard program. Ryan was involved with creating and implementing the policy and responsible for litigating challenges and ARD denials.
Additionally, Ryan has litigated all manner of criminal cases from traffic violations to homicide trials. Ryan has argued numerous cases before the superior court on appeal and has the experience to hold the Commonwealth accountable and advocate for your rights.
