Had a hostile purchase of my Moms house. Which myself , dtr and grand children were living in. ( At Moms request took care of her until passing) After obtaining pre approval for mortgage for buy out , Executor, ( sister) petitioned to evict us anyway! We didn’t know what to do! Mark stopped pendin...g eviction, Contested the will, it became very complex. Not only did Mark get us through all this legal battle. He made it financially able for me to have him as our Attorney. And, so imp to me, Mark talked to me. He validated my feelings, and fought for us not to be railroaded and bullied into having to sell the property.
