I was referred to Chris by our estate attorney following the death of our son at a local hospital in Coatesville, Chester County. My husband and I struggled to find answers from his treating physicians, but got none. Our son was severely mistreated by his physicians and died 2 days after walking in...to their emergency department. The case went to trial after Chris deposed nearly 20 doctors and nurses involved in our son's care. He was relentless and never gave up on the case, despite the opposition the other attorneys posed, they agreed to settle the case at the conclusion of the trial. The jury loved Chris. at the initial meeting, we were interrupted by a phone call, he advised the other party about a defendant who jumped bail in front of me. He had advised me in his professional opinion my case will result in 2 years probation. But, since he didn’t provide any written counterclaims or make an effort to... contest the plaintiffs’ discrepant claims and false allegations, the end result is a much longer probation, in addition to paying for hefty monetary damages that I never did. I am still waiting for a copy of the plaintiffs’ statements that I had asked him to send me since I don’t know exactly how can they make false claims that are accepted by the court. At both court hearings, he attended 4-5 cases at the same time so he was going in and out of different courtrooms in the same floor. He did not pay full attention to defend my case.
