at the initial meeting, we were interrupted by a phone call, he advised the other party about a defendant who jumped bail in front of me. He had advised me in his professional opinion my case will result in 2 years probation. But, since he didn’t provide any written counterclaims or make an effort to... contest the plaintiffs’ discrepant claims and false allegations, the end result is a much longer probation, in addition to paying for hefty monetary damages that I never did. I am still waiting for a copy of the plaintiffs’ statements that I had asked him to send me since I don’t know exactly how can they make false claims that are accepted by the court. At both court hearings, he attended 4-5 cases at the same time so he was going in and out of different courtrooms in the same floor. He did not pay full attention to defend my case.
