I advise clients regularly on matters related to exempt/nonexempt, wage and hour issues, independent contractor vs. W2, terminations, disability issues as well as management and leadership training required to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws. I represent both employees as well as employers.

I have worked with several Philadelphia based startups, drafting their articles of incorporation, operating agreements and making amendments when names change or members are added. I work closely with clients to ensure that their business model is reflected in the documents that represent them with the state.

I regularly review agreements crafted by clients in the course of business operations. Intelectual Property, Severance, Employment, Independent Contractors, Community Benefits, as well as membership agreements for fledgling LLCs.

I handle EEOC filings, mediations, investigations with all forms of discrimination under Title VII. I also conduct HR Audits as a preventative measure for my clients.
