I cannot recommend Ms. Tenberg enough. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and while maintaining extremely serious approach to any issue in my case, she found a way to make it lighter for me, to bring a smile even into a phone conversation, and to know exactly what to say, when to say, ...and how to handle any problem.
