Biography
I have been exclusively a criminal defense lawyer for 42 years. I have represented clients in state and federal courts thfoughout the United States. I have defended charges ranging from death penalty murder cases to disorderly conduct. In July, 2017, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers honored me with its most prestigious recognition, the Heeney Award, given once a year to the attorney who best exemplifies a lawyer doing his/her best for clients and criminal defense attorneys.
