Biography
Debra D. Rainey, ESq., aka "'The Compassionate Lawyer". I am a solo practitioner, with a General Legal practice, representing clients in State and Federal Criminal matters, Landlord/Tenant matters, Personal Injury matters, All Family Court matters, all Juvenile matters, Contract Disputes, Wills and Estate Matters, aas well as Small Claims matter.
Prior to opening my own office, I spent five years as an Assistant Defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia. As an Assistant Defender, I tried hundreds and hundreds of trials, preliminary hearings, motions and the like. As an Assistant Defender, I earned a reputation as a "bull-dog", and as an extremely competent, committed, confident and compassionate trial attorney. My repuration as a "bull-dog and a no nonsense attorney is well known and respected.
My representative philosphy is to be honest, real and true to my clients and demand the same in return.
