Biography
Mr. Kingsley has a broad range of experience in a variety of practice areas including civil and criminal law, and has represented individual plaintiffs, defendants, and major corporations. He currently focuses his practice on defense of mass tort and product liability claims. He is also a certified Arbitration Panelist, and serves as arbitrator at hearings at the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Program.
Mr. Kingsley received a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont, and a Juris Doctor from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. During law school, he clerked for civil litigation firms in New York and North Carolina. He also worked as an intern for the Wayne County Prosecutor, and successfully represented his law school in national moot court competitions.
Mr. Kingsley began his legal career working for a nationally recognized defense litigation firm in Philadelphia focusing in toxic tort litigation in 2008. In 2010, he joined Goldberg, Miller & Rubin as an associate in the toxic tort and products liability department where he represents premises owners and manufacturing companies on a local and National level.
Mr. Kingsley is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
