Gregory Michael McNamee

Gregory McNamee defends clients in toxic tort, product liability, environmental, commercial and premises liability litigation. His clients include international manufacturing companies and prominent insurers.

Greg has significant experience in all stages of litigation up to trial. For several years, he has defended employers in toxic tort litigation, and has represented medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies in product liability cases. Greg also has extensive appellate experience, which includes briefing a variety of insurance issues stemming from contractual risk transfer, indemnification provisions, and additional insured endorsements.

Greg is a founding member of the Board of Directors at Clementine Montessori, a Montessori preschool in Philadelphia, and is on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Boston College Law School Alumni Association. He was named to the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania’s Pro Bono Roll of Honor in 2013.
