Well, I am about to tell you isn’t even half of what happened but my personal experience, I strongly warn anyone considering hiring Geoffrey Vincent Seay to think again. What my family went through with him was not just unprofessional — in my opinion, it was irresponsible, deceptive, and damaging. ... We hired him for two separate cases at the same time: • an assault case, where he mishandled critical steps so badly that we eventually had to file a PCRA because of his errors, AND • a firearms case, for which we paid him $7,500 upfront with the expectation that he would represent the defendant through trial. Instead, in my experience, what we got was the exact opposite of real representation. Here is what happened: • He failed to handle the assault case correctly, leading to severe consequences that forced us to pursue a PCRA filing. • He took on the firearm case at the same time for a TRIAL, demanded $7,500, and then never showed up for the trial. • When the court date arrived, he removed himself from the case, left us hanging, and in my opinion, ran off with the money without doing the work he was paid to do. • To be clear: we paid him in full, and he did not even attend the trial for the firearm case. • Communication was nonexistent. He would disappear for long periods, ignore calls, and avoid giving updates. We were constantly left in the dark. • Court dates were misrepresented, information was wrong or incomplete, and nothing was ever explained. • The stress and damage this caused to our family is beyond words. In my personal opinion: This attorney should not be trusted with anyone’s freedom, money, or future. What he did to us was not just unprofessional — it was unacceptable. We are now in the process of pursuing a disciplinary complaint AND a lawsuit, because we refuse to let this happen to another family. If I could give zero stars, I would. This review is based solely on my experience, but I strongly urge any family considering him to choose another lawyer. Your loved one’s life is too important to gamble with someone who, in my opinion, acts this irresponsibly.

My family members paid me Seay a large amount of money basics for nothing because he did nothing. I never liked him from the beginning. My neighbors called the cops on me just 2 weeks after moving next door to me and made up all types of LIES about me not liking them because they were transexuals. I... cursed at them and they called the cops. Seay didn’t even go over my case or ask me any questions he just talked about money. He actually asked me to leave his office so him and my family members could talk about money. I went to court and he TOLD the courts to search my phone after I told him not to. They NEVER asked to see my phone bc I took pictures inside the court room (PETTY) the judge was just about to throw my case out when he told them to search my phone I ended up back in jail with a $250k bail. He then LIED to my family about my NEW CASE and said that I told him to look threw my phone , something I would never do because I had provocative photos of my self in my phone. He then stopped coming to court then charged more money AND sent me nasty and threatening texts messages. The da took MONTHS with the discovery and Seay never asked for my case to be thrown out for lack of evidence. When they finally got it, nearly five months later, he REFUSED to send me the discovery and made me come all the way downtown instead of simply texting it to me. Then he never told me about a change in court date and got me a bench warrant. He was terrible and treated me terrible. The discovery was also of them recording me IN MY OWN LAWN and he said it wasn’t my lawn. He impacted my family relationships because they hired him thinking he was a good lawyer. I can totally understand why I see a discipline on his record as a lawyer. He’s HORRIBLE.

Geoffery had told me that he will take care of everything about my accident but I did everything myself. I paid him the full amount to do his job but he didn't do anything for me. He ignore my calls and text. He never update me on the news about my accident. He always gave me a excuse when I did reac...h him. Please that lawyer is a fraud. He will take your money and you will never reach him again. I lost a lot of money, so save yours. He is not a good lawyer.

Mr Geoffrey Seay, i have known this man and lawyer for over 5 years...He has stood through me through thick and thin..he makes you feel comfortable. ..and walks you through the stressfull and scary process...i recommend him %150 percent..AND VERY RESONABLE FOR THE WORK HE DOES..I COULD KEEP GOING ON ...BUT KEEPING IT SHORT...SINCERLY JOHN F.,
